Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason Return will be processed only if:

• it is determined that the product was not damaged while in the member’s possession; due to accident, negligence, misuse or for any other reason or if it was on returnable basis.
• the product is not different from what was purchased by the member or shipped to member;
• the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories and freebies (if any) therein) provided with the product along with the bill.
• Return will be accepted within 7days from date of billing.
• Healthcare devices, Generic, OTC, FMCG, Oncology and speciproducts once sold will not be taken back.
• Without GST number mentioned by us on your invoice you will be treated as unregistered dealer.
